When I apply the update via the software, the process starts and downloads 1%, but then it reports a connection error, freezes, and stops responding.

It indicates it will update from V3.K1_PRO.03010 to V3.K1_PRO.03013,

and displays a message below:
Current status: Update error – no server available.

Which specific country and region are you in? This should be due to service access issues

There should be no restrictions on this in New Zealand, but I tested it with an Australian IP and the upgrade is normal; But from your description, it seems that the network connection to our server will be disconnected.
