I have had the same problem... icons do not go onto the console at all.. most usb slots make it disconnect and reconnect over and over and OVER again... very frustrating.. can we please get a fix for this please and just post it here.
i have used the usbtreeview from the discord and the device wont show up OR the 2nd one that was sent to me and have used multiple data cables.. still nothing.

What is the CPU model of your computer? Also, does the startup logo appear when plugged in? Have you ever tried connecting only our device and not connecting any other USB devices? Also, have you taken pictures of the product and software and sent them out for us to take a look.
Hi, I have the same problem, I can't update the firmware's Keyboard.
I've a Mirabox K1 Pro, but when I try update on ouw software notificated me, have a error conection, I sent you a E-mail for that problem but don't have respose get.
May I ask what is the version number of the software you are using, and what is the firmware version displayed on your device in the software? Could you please take a screenshot of the update prompt and send it to us for analysis
