Hello, I'm having the same problem. The software provided by RiseMode isn't updating, and the plugin store isn't working properly. I downloaded the latest software version from the Mirabox website, but the original software can't communicate with the Stream Dock. I'd like to know if it's possible to update it to a firmware that makes it compatible with the Mirabox software, as I've been having problems with the RiseMode software for some time now

I'll leave here a screenshot with the software version of the Rise Mode, and the firmware of my Stream Dock, and another screenshot with the original Mirabox software

Note that in the Mirabox software, it detects the model but is unable to communicate

The software in MiraBox is not compatible with Rise devices, and what you see is only our default interface, which is not connected to your device;
If you encounter any problems while using Rise software, please let us know and we will solve them promptly

My problem is with the plugin store when I try to download plugins. I recently formatted my PC and had to reinstall the Rise software. However, some plugins I use—for example, a plugin for the SoundPad program, which I always downloaded from the plugin store—no longer appear in the Rise store, but they do appear in the Stream Dock program. This is happening with other plugins as well, to the point where I'm considering downloading them from the store using the Stream Dock program and then trying to move the files from their folder to the Rise program so I can use them like I did before formatting my PC.

In this first screenshot, I'm showing the StreamDock software where the plugin normally appears.

In the second screenshot, I'm looking for the same extension, but it doesn't even appear.

Are you ControlDevice VS1? Because it is customized, some plugins are not fully open, and they will be fully open in the future

My device is the Vision 01, but as I said, it doesn't make sense that the plugin isn't working anymore, since before I formatted my PC it was working perfectly for years and always appeared in the store. If this plugin stops working, this device becomes a paperweight to me. I would also like to say that I tested the Rise software on my Macbook and it's even worse there because even the plugin I sent in the screenshot above doesn't appear. There's something wrong with this software.
