Mbox N1 - Stream Dock software cant program buttons

Hi all,

I have an issue where the N1 setting pag dontt allow me to drag and drop aything at all.
he scene oso dosnt rflec onot h kypad.
Please let me know if theere is anything ha i need to update.
software ver is 3.10.190.0410
device staed in software as MBox N1 E_4022

We are sorry that the interactive animation is lost, which leads to a deviation in your use. The N1 device has three modes: console mode, numeric keyboard mode and calculator mode. The custom key function you want is only supported in console mode. You try to operate in the latter two modes, so it will fail. The solution is to press the knob and rotate it at the same time to switch it between different modes, switch to console mode and then operate.
