Hello Support Team,
I am facing a severe software conflict and device control issue between two specific applications: Redragon Stream Station (detecting my device as SS-552-4F20 ) and Stream Dock (detecting my device as K1 Pro_353C ). Both applications are fighting over system control and cannot run together.
The Issue Breakdown:
  • Scenario 1: If I launch the Redragon Stream Station software first, it takes complete control over the system. If I then try to open the Stream Dock software, it refuses to function, and the K1 Pro_353C buttons and inputs become completely unresponsive.
  • Scenario 2: If I launch the Stream Dock software first, the K1 Pro_353C buttons work perfectly. However, when I try to open the Redragon Stream Station software afterward, the system overrides it, forces the Stream Dock interface back open, and the SS-552-4F20 device buttons stop working entirely.
Summary:
Whichever application is launched first takes exclusive control of the system, completely disabling and overriding the device connected to the other program. The SS-552-4F20 profile and the K1 Pro_353C profile cannot coexist or function at the same time.

Could you please provide a solution, a firmware patch, or a driver update to prevent this mutual interference so that both devices can operate independently?
Thank you, and I look forward to your help."
