Stream Deck Won't Turn Off

The Stream Deck won't turn off in "follow the system" mode when my PC is shut down on update 2.10.179.426.
Please advise when this will be fixed.

I was encountered the same issue. once my PC shutdown , the screen will freeze until I need to unplug the device and plugin again then press any button the screen will turn off. it is definitely is a bug , pls fix it ASAP.

We have already dealt with this issue, but the current program can connect two devices, so it will be a bit difficult logically and require more time

This issue is still not fixed. When I shut down my computer the dock keys freeze. It still shows all the icons but it never turns them off. When I press one of the keys nothing changes, it still won't turn off.

Please help this is a very big issue. I have even tried unistalling the software and reinstalling it. Older versions work but still not this version .426.

This doesnt work when shutting off computer only works when putting computer in sleep mode or locking it.

Have they released a patch yet? powering off my pc still leaves the dock on. Pressing a button doesnt work - I have to unplug it and plug it back in everytime I start my computer. This is increadibly annoying and it used to work fine last update.
